-Srividya Sriram: I'd always assume that the best and most interesting work in tech happened in Silicon Valley. And in fact, when I moved to India after quitting Google, I had made up my mind not to work for an Indian company. But coming to Freshdesk has thankfully shattered all those notions. I never thought I'd be saying this, but it feels really amazing to be part of a company from Chennai homegrown, that sharing the stage with world class companies around the globe, and setting the bar really high not just in terms of work quality, but also in terms of work culture and work environment. The people are really smart. There's literally zero hierarchy. Work life balance is great. And the work that I do on a day to day basis is not only challenging, but keeps motivating me to do better and better every day. And I actually think I'm producing my best work to date right here right now at Freshdesk. -Jill Soley: At Freshdesk, we hire smart, passionate capable people. I think I've come a long way since I first joined the support team. So you know you've made it when customers asked for you by name as their preferred choice of customer support agent. The customer success Hero Award was something I'd come across but it seemed like a far off dream. I put my heart into every call I took, every email I sent, and work really hard towards it, and finally paid off. That feeling of elation and brighter good when I open the side to see with one is something I cherish forever and ever. -Rithvik Narayanan: So Freshdesk is not an office, it's a fun workplace. And at any point of time, if you feel tired and need some rejuvenation you can go and recharge yourself or a game of TT or foosball. We also believe that you shouldn't overwork yourself. You've got a really good workplace that’s very quiet and cozy. You can always go there and take a break from work. We are involved in other outdoor activities, we contribute our best to the society.
