Mailchimp is different from other places I worked at because I just feel incredibly valued here. I look forward to going to work in the morning. Before I worked at MailChimp I was actually a full time teacher for seven years. And Mailchimp gives us lots of opportunities to share what we know with the rest of the company. So, I've held a night class to teach coworkers how to code for the web. I'm expecting soon, and we have a Mothers Room in the office, which is fantastic. They've also already given me a little book of how to prepare for having a baby. There's just a lot of support. I can tell the company cares for me a lot. Mailchimp is the kind of place that I can see myself for years going forward.
