In this video I'm gonna show you how to get started with our chat solution. Let's take a look at the four essential steps together. Step 1. Implement your widgets. Connect your chat widgets to the channels you want to reach your customers on. That's probably your website but you could also connect to more channels like Facebook Messenger and Telegram. Step 2. Configure your widgets. You decide how Userlike should look and behave by tailoring the chat to your brand. Each widget is connected to an operator group which brings us to the next step. Step 3. Setup your team of operators. They are the ones chatting with your customers, monitoring the chats performance and more. All incoming messages from the widget will be routed to an available operator in the connected operator group. If you're working alone then you only need to set up your own profile. Step 4. Enter the message center the heart of Userlike. This is where conversations happen and long-term customer relationships are made.
