-This is not something that happens by accident. -It is critical for us to make sure that there's diversity in our classroom, in our in our workplace in our teams, and we can make change happen very quickly. -So I did most important thing for CEOs in the tech industry is to address the challenge when the top down. -And ultimately when you have a diverse team that experiences inclusion is when you have the strongest teams, strongest results and the strongest companies. -We're a lot further along today than we were 10 years ago and it's not going to take just another 10 years to get where we need to be but we need to keep going. -It's certainly aligned with the ethos of Canada and the way that we want to build a strong Society.
